Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hermes from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hermes operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
